Grilled Salmon and Greek Salad
Ingredients
For the salmon...
- 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons of Primal Kitchen® Avocado Oil
- Sea salt and pepper
For the Greek salad...
- Kale and spinach
- Heirloom or grape tomatoes
- Sliced cucumbers
- 2 tablespoons of Primal Kitchen® Greek Vinaigrette
Instructions
- Light grill and heat to medium heat (around 400-degrees).
- Drizzle salmon fillets with Primal Kitchen® Avocado Oil. Add sea salt and pepper.
- Grill over medium heat uncovered for 4-6 minutes per half-inch thickness or until it begins to flake.
- Turn fish once halfway through cooking.
- Slice all vegetables and add greens. Toss vegetable mixture in greek vinaigrette.
- Enjoy!
