Make this delicious breakfast salad brimming with crispy bacon, poached eggs, nourishing kale, and simple and sweet Primal Kitchen® Lemon Turmeric Vinaigrette. Prepare the ingredients the night before, so you can whip up this salad in no time and still stay satiated and nourished throughout your day.

Made with whole foods and bursting with fresh flavor, this one-bowl meal isn't just a guaranteed household favorite—it's a true culinary masterpiece. 

 

 

Featuring protein and fats from avocado and delicious farm eggs, make this salad with a fresh bed of green kale topped with delicious bacon bits and tossed in our irresistible Lemon Turmeric Vinaigrette.

Poached Egg & Turmeric Breakfast Salad 

Time: 25 min 

Servings: 1 

 

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2-3 large kale stalks 
  • 2 fresh farm eggs
  • 2-3 strips of bacon
  • Primal Kitchen Lemon Turmeric Vinaigrette 
  • Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil 
  • Salt and pepper (to taste) 

 

 

 

Instructions 

  • Fry the bacon in Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil. 
  • Allow the bacon to cool, and crisp slightly. Cut into small pieces. 
  • Poach the eggs. Top with a good pinch of salt and pepper. 
  • Slice the avocado. 
  • Cut the kale into bite sized pieces, and massage with Primal Kitchen Lemon Turmeric Vinaigrette. 
  • Fill a serving bowl with the kale. Next add the eggs, bacon bits, and avocado. Drizzle with a little extra Lemon Turmeric Vinaigrette and add a sprinkle of pepper.
