 JALAPEÑO TURKEY BURGERS WITH EAT THE GAINS

Ingredients

• 1 pound lean ground turkey
• 1 jalapeño (diced)
• 1 tablespoon fresh chives (chopped)
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon onion powder
• ½ teaspoon dried parsley
• ½ teaspoon dried dill
• 3-4 tablespoons Primal Kitchen® Ranch Dressing 
• 2 tablespoons coconut flour
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
• Optional additions: Iceberg lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, red onion, fresh chopped parsley, ranch, jalapeño slices

Instructions

• Warm the grill to medium-high heat.
• Mix together all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
• Form the ingredient mix into 5 equal patties.
• Once hot, place the burgers directly onto the grill, on indirect heat.
• Grill for 12-15 minutes, flipping once, until cooked through.
• Serve with suggested toppings, as desired.
• Enjoy!
