Honey Mustard Zucchini Rice
Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis
- 1/4 cups pine nuts
- Honestly cranberries
- Primal Kitchen Honey Mustard
- Goat cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cut the zucchinis into touch cubes, and place them in a food processor.
- Pulse the cucumbers into rice-sized pieces.
- Add in the cranberries, pine nuts, Primal Kitchen Honey Mustard Vinaigrette.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy!
