Baby Back Ribs with BBQ Sauce
Time: 2.5 hours
Servings: 6
Equipment: Instant Pot or pressure cooker
Ingredients
- 1 tsp yellow mustard seeds
- 2 tsp cumin seeds, lightly toasted
- 1 tsp coriander seeds, lightly toasted
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 racks baby back ribs
- Primal Kitchen BBQ Sauce
Instructions
For the spice rub...
- Grind the mustard, cumin, and coriander seeds into a fine powder.
- Combine all the ingredients for the rub into a small bowl.
For the ribs...

Remove the membrane from the back of the baby back ribs by getting a butter knife under it, and then using a paper towel to grab hold and pull away.

Rub the spice mix into the ribs. Cover with foil, and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Pour about a cup of water into the bottom of your Instant Pot or pressure cooker. Stand the ribs up on the sides. Cook for 25 minutes. Release for 10 minutes.

Fire up your grill or broiler. Slather on Primal Kitchen BBQ Sauce, and broil or grill for 2-3 minutes a side.
