3 Collagen Tea Latte Recipes
Share
More delicate than coffee lattes with the potential to be every bit as craveable, tea lattes have expanded beyond the boxes of chai and matcha and into under-explored and exotic territories. While espresso shots can be aggressively acidic and a touch jolting, black teas possess a more refined flavor and subtle buzz. Tea lattes can be made with any combination of flowers, spices, and herbs, milk or milk substitute, and optional sweetener—the options are nearly endless. We created three tea latte recipes that showcase a wide variety of flavors for every palate.

Collagen Mint Tea Latte
Ingredients
- 1 Bundle Organics Peppermint tea bag
- 1 packet of Primal Kitchen Collagen Peptides
- 1 cup cashew milk (you can use a different milk alternative or even whole milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
Instructions
- Place one mint tea bag in the bottom of a 16 oz. mug and steep in a few tablespoons of water (just enough to cover tea bag) for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Warm milk in microwave or on stove top to about 155º, or just before boiling.
- While milk is warming and after tea is steeped, remove the tea bag and add a few more tablespoons of water to the mug.
- Froth warm milk. If you don't have a frother, add milk to a watertight container (like a mason jar) and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Pour frothed milk into mug. Add honey to taste and stir. Enjoy!
